* A student is defined as a holder of a student identification card from a recognised higher education institution or a holder of an international student card. Proof of student status is required and should to be sent to acxbooking@adriacongrex.it at the time of registration.
VAT exemption: only some Italian Public organizations, according to Italian Law, can apply for a VAT-free registration. In case you are an employee of an Italian Public Organization, you must send your request to acxbooking@adriacongrex.it at the time of registration.
The registration fees for participants include:
- Admission to the Program Sessions
- Program Timetable (hardcopy)
- Login for the Web App during the Conference
- Access password to the Electronic book of abstract
- Trade exhibition admission
- Certificate of attendance (sent via e-mail)
- Welcome Cocktail
- Morning and afternoon coffee breaks
- Light lunches
- Conference kit
The registration fee for accompanying persons includes:
- Welcome cocktail
- Admission at the Congress Venue
- Dedicated social program (Bacaro Tour + Discovery St. Marco Square – registration required)
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
All request for refunds must be notified in writing to the acxbooking@adriacongrex.it. For any cancellation received within 23rd June 2019, refund will be made after deducting an agency fee of € 50,00. For any cancellation received between 24th June 2019 and 4th August 2019, refund will be made after deducting an agency fee of € 100,00. For any cancellation received after 5th August 2019, no refund will be made. Refunds will be handed back after the Conference.
